We’re looking for an experienced Business Development & Client Growth Manager to play a key role in that next phase. This isn’t just another sales role - you’ll be responsible for driving meaningful client acquisition, building long-term relationships, and shaping how we win and develop new business.

Experienced B2B salesperson? Digital marketing experience isn't essential.
We're looking for someone who understands how to build relationships, identify opportunities and win new business.
If you've successfully sold B2B services such as IT, software, telecoms, recruitment, professional services or similar, we'd love to hear from you.
We'll provide training and support to help you understand our digital marketing services - your sales ability, curiosity and enthusiasm for helping businesses grow are what matter most.

- You’ll own both new business and account growth, giving you full commercial responsibility across the client lifecycle.

- You’ll run the full sales cycle from first contact through to close, with genuine autonomy in how you manage your pipeline and approach.
- Your success will be recognised and rewarded through uncapped quarterly commission based on gross profit, with no artificial earnings ceiling.
A day in the role
No two days are the same, but much of your time will be spent proactively developing new business opportunities, engaging senior decision makers, and progressing conversations through to conversion.
You’ll manage your own pipeline day to day, deciding where to focus your time and how to approach opportunities. Alongside this, you’ll be working closely with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are aligned with what we can deliver commercially and creatively.

Key responsibilities
- Generating new business via outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and networking
- Following up and progressing leads via telephone and direct outreach
- Running client meetings, writing and presenting proposals
- Building and managing a strong B2B sales pipeline
- Growing existing accounts and identifying upsell opportunities
- Keeping CRM and pipeline data accurately maintained
- Attending exhibitions, events and trade shows where required
About you
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development
- Proven track record of winning and developing client relationships
- Confident engaging senior decision-makers and business owners
- Strong outbound prospecting and follow-up capability
- Commercially driven with a focus on results and accountability
- Highly organised with strong CRM discipline
- Resilient, consistent, and self-motivated
- Strong communicator with a consultative approach
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
What success looks like (12 months)
- Strong, consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Regular new business revenue generation
- Growth and retention of key client accounts
- Increased revenue from existing relationships
- Recognition as a trusted external representative of Ginger Digital
Salary & earnings
- £35,000–£40,000 basic salary, depending on experience
- Uncapped quarterly commission based on gross profit from new business
- High performers can materially increase earnings through uncapped commission
