- Reporting & performance insight: Own digital and CRM reporting across CRM, SEO and web performance, ensuring insight is accessible, actionable and shared with the right stakeholders.
- SEO & content collaboration: Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to contribute to SEO and organic search strategy, owning performance targets and translating insight into content, technical improvements and website roadmap recommendations.
We’re looking for a commercially minded, data-driven CRM and digital marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with strong hands-on delivery. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where priorities move quickly and impact matters.
Essentials:

- CRM platforms & data: Strong experience with CRM and customer data tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Zoho CRM or similar, with the ability to turn data into actionable insight and communications.
- Segmentation & optimisation: Demonstrated success in segmentation, personalisation and CRM optimisation that improves engagement and performance.
- Digital & SEO insight: Experience using SEO and digital performance data to inform marketing, content or product decisions.
- Leadership: Proven experience managing and developing teams to deliver high-quality, performance-driven work.
- Strategic & hands-on approach: Able to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day delivery, with strong prioritisation skills.
- Commercial mindset: Strong commercial awareness with the ability to align activity to business outcomes such as growth, retention and customer value.
- Cross-functional working: Experience collaborating with product, technology and operational teams to deliver integrated solutions.
