Full job description

Are you an experienced Production Supervisor in the Print & Package Manufacturing industry?

We are looking for a highly skilled individual to lead and oversee our production team, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to industry standards. This is not a training role - previous experience as a Production Team Leader is essential to succeed in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan production schedules, allocate resources, and ensure deadlines are met.
Lead and supervise production operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
Maintain high-quality standards in carton and tray packaging.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and food safety standards.
Motivate and manage a team of production staff.
Optimise processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Train and develop staff for improved performance.
Enforce health & safety regulations.
Solve operational challenges.
Monitor inventory levels, optimise material usage, and maintain accurate production documentation
Coordinate all deliveries in and out of the premises, including scheduling, receiving goods, dispatch preparation, and maintaining delivery records.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Production Supervisor.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Knowledge of production processes and quality assurance standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
