Location: Highburton, West Yorkshire
Shift: 40 Hours - Monday to Friday

We're looking for a Mobile Telecoms Programme Manager to support telecoms clients, managing day-to-day activities, client relationships and works programmes in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring proactive communication and timely responses to all enquiries
Support Operations teams in managing contracts in line with client specifications and company standards, ensuring excellent service delivery
Prepare quotations, set up tasks and coordinate access requirements
Coordinate with internal teams to efficiently manage jobs, including site visits, laboratories and reporting
Monitor workload, support resource planning, attend client meetings and ensure KPIs are achieved

What we're looking for:

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a self-driven approach and a focus on achieving results
Proven experience of managing customer expectations and building strong working relationships
Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workloads
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of asbestos and/or telecoms is desirable, but not essential for a fast learner
