About Us

PRIYABHARANI and Co Limited is a growing convenience store committed to providing excellent customer service, quality products, and a welcoming shopping experience. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our store.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the convenience store.
Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory.
Ensure the store is clean, well-presented, and fully stocked.
Handle cash, banking, and daily sales reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and food hygiene standards.
Recruit, train, and develop team members.
Monitor store performance and work towards achieving sales and profitability targets.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in a retail or convenience store environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with stock control, cash handling, and staff management.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
Right to work in the UK.
