Do you genuinely love dogs, enjoy being outdoors, and have experience confidently walking 3 to 4 dogs at a time?
Pet Care 4U is looking for an experienced, reliable, and caring Dog Walker to join our trusted local team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on dog walking experience who is confident managing multiple dogs, understands dog behaviour, and takes pride in providing safe, professional, and loving care.
We are looking for a team member who is calm, capable, and comfortable working with a wide range of breeds, sizes, and temperaments. You must also have your own reliable vehicle and be happy to transport dogs in your car as part of the role.
What you’ll be doing
- Walking dogs safely in all weather conditions
- Managing up to 4 dogs at one time
- Handling dogs of different breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments
- Transporting dogs safely in your own vehicle
- Monitoring behaviour, wellbeing, and safety during walks
- Cleaning up after dogs and maintaining high standards at all times
- Communicating professionally and reporting any concerns promptly
What we’re looking for
- Previous dog walking experience is essential
- Must be confident walking 3 to 4 dogs together
- Experience with a wide range of dogs is essential
- Must have your own reliable vehicle
- Must be happy to transport dogs in your vehicle
- Reliable, trustworthy, and professional
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Physically fit and happy to work outdoors in all weather
- A genuine love of animals and strong commitment to their welfare
