Full job description

Near Invergordon, 3 days per week

We are a busy, friendly accountancy firm looking for an Admin/Accounts Assistant to support our growing client base. We are looking for either part-time or full time. If you are organized, accurate and enjoy varied admin and finance work, this could be a great fit.

What you will do

Onboard new clients and prepare quotes
Manage client compliance forms and monthly checks
Set up and maintain records in our practice management system and business portal
Handle scanning, filing and general office admin
Do various tasks in Excel
Update our Facebook page and website
Support the team with ad-hoc finance and admin task

What you will bring

Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Confident with Excel and general office software
Professional communication and positive attitude
