Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front of House Supervisor, where you'll lead the guest experience with energy, professionalism, and a passion for service. In this vital role, you'll oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while managing a talented team of servers, bartenders, and host staff. Your leadership will create a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your supervisory skills within a vibrant culinary and hospitality environment.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding service and hospitality experiences
Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring timely preparation and presentation in line with quality standards
Manage guest interactions, resolving issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
Assist with food preparation and cooking when necessary to support kitchen operations and ensure smooth service flow
Lead team training sessions on food safety, service protocols, and hospitality best practices
Monitor cleanliness, organization, and safety standards across the front-of-house area
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production and ensure seamless communication between front and back of house

Skills

Proven supervising experience in restaurant or hospitality settings with strong team management skills
Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations
Familiarity with food production processes and kitchen operations from hotel or culinary environments
Excellent leadership abilities to motivate and guide staff effectively under pressure
Strong communication skills for engaging with guests and coordinating with team members
Experience in serving beverages, including barista skills or bar service experience is a plus
Knowledge of hospitality standards, including food safety practices and customer service excellence
