Full job description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Auction Administrator to support the smooth running of our vehicle auctions. This full-time position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence using IT systems. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate record-keeping, professional customer interaction, and efficient administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support before, during, and after auctions.
Accurately input and update vehicle and client details into company systems.
Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Prepare and distribute auction documentation, reports, and correspondence.
Handle enquiries via Email and chat in a professional manner.
Assist with general office administration to support the auction team.
Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection requirements.

Skills & Experience Required

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Great adaptable team player
Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database systems.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise workload.
Customer service experience desirable.
