Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Barman to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our bar, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere for guests while expertly preparing and serving a variety of beverages. Your enthusiasm for hospitality, combined with your skills in food and drink service, will ensure every guest has an exceptional experience. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting overall restaurant operations.
Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate stock needs to management proactively.
Uphold all food safety regulations and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Collaborate with team members to create a lively, welcoming atmosphere that encourages guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in bartending or barista roles within hospitality settings, with a strong focus on customer service.
Knowledge of catering, serving techniques, and food preparation standards in restaurant environments.
Prior restaurant experience is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with fast-paced service.
Strong understanding of food safety practices and hygiene regulations applicable in food service establishments.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
A positive attitude combined with a passion for delivering memorable hospitality experiences.
