Summary

We are seeking a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join our dynamic team in. This role is vital in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional construction and maintenance services. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to projects that enhance our clients' spaces and ensure the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities

Perform a variety of trade tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance.
Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally.
Supervise junior staff or apprentices when required.
Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications
Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, electrical work, plumbing or related fields.
Strong knowledge of schematics and technical drawings.
Ability to operate welding equipment and understand mechanical systems.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Supervising or leadership experience is advantageous.
Customer service orientation with a professional attitude.
Relevant certifications or licenses are preferred.
