VISION DEVELOPMENTS are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painting and Decorating professional to join our team. This role involves applying paint, finishes, and decorative techniques to various surfaces, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a good understanding of construction painting, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A valid driving license and own tools are required.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling, and masking prior to painting or decorating
Apply paints, varnishes, wallpapers, and other finishes with precision and attention to detail
Use a variety of tools and equipment safely and efficiently, including brushes, rollers, spray guns, and scaffolding
Follow technical specifications and safety guidelines throughout all tasks
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors regarding project progress or issues
Maintain a clean work environment by disposing of waste materials responsibly and ensuring tools are stored correctly
Assist in planning decorating projects by estimating materials required and adhering to schedules

Requirements

This is price work for a job we have based in Poole. 7 bed HMO that needs painting - this also has a self contained 1 bed flat attached that also needs to be decorated.
