Job Title: Beans & Bloom Coffee Enterprise Manager – Daytime Hours, with weekend work

Location: Whitehall Museum, Cheam, Sutton (SM3 8QD)

Salary: £35,000 - £37,500 per annum + True Autonomy

Welcome to Beans and Bloom. Located in the historic Whitehall Museum in Cheam, we are a social enterprise run by Nickel Support. We measure our success by the quality of our specialty coffee and the strength of our P&L, but our ultimate bottom line is the lives we transform. We support adults with learning disabilities and autism, giving them the training and dignity to thrive in meaningful employment.

We need a commercially sharp, high-energy Enterprise Manager to take the reins. You aren’t just managing a floor; you’ll act as the "business owner"—driving local marketing, securing catering contracts, engineering high-margin menus, and mentoring a brilliantly diverse team.

What we are looking for:

3+ years of hospitality management experience (Cafe, Restaurant, or General Manager).
Strong financial literacy (P&L management, stock control, margin protection).
An entrepreneurial mindset—you know how to build a community of "regulars" and drive foot traffic.
High EQ and patience—you’re excited to adapt workflows to help our trainees thrive.

Pay: £35,000.00-£37,500.00 per year

Do you have proven track record of increasing sales, working with suppliers, and stock ordering?
Do you have sufficient experience to oversee coffee and food production lines?
Do you have the following experience?

Strong financial literacy (to manage Profit & Loss, labour costs, inventory, and supplier relationships).
Menu development experience.
Good IT skills, familiar with office software.
Database/Social Media basics.

Do you have the following qualifications and experience?

Food Safety Level 3 Qualified.
Barista trained.
Deep understanding of Health & Safety (H&S) regulations and food hygiene certification.

Have you got the following?

Outstanding written/oral communication and interpersonal abilities.
High emotional intelligence (EQ) and patience.
Natural talent for motivating and managing a team.

Do you have availability to work during opening hours), including school holidays, Bank Holidays and weekends when required?
Are you highly organised with excellent time management skills?

Do you have the ability to multitask and work well under pressure?
Problem solving attitude with an eye for detail.

Do you have an entrepreneurial "owner" mentality with a passion for social equity?

Experience:

successful management experience in a fast-paced hospitality : 3 years (required)
