Key Responsibilities

As an Events Assistant, you will:

Represent client brands at promotional events and retail campaigns.
Deliver outstanding customer service and create engaging customer experiences.
Speak with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product and service recommendations.
Promote products, services, and current campaigns with confidence and professionalism.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through excellent communication.
Support the setup, presentation, and organisation of event spaces.
Work towards individual and team sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the successful delivery of events and campaigns.
