Job Summary
We are a family run company seeking an experienced Plumbing & Heating engineer to join our ever growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing basic plumbing installation, service and maintenance task such as, toilet, taps, vented & unvented cylinders, sinks, valves and pipework installation and repairs. The role requires the candidate to have a can do attitude with good customer services skills. Candidate must be competent to work alone and work well within a team. This role is a excellent opportunity for a candidate to join a friendly and professional team who is looking to grow and expand their knowledge and skills with potential to further opportunities.

Basic Salary up to £39,000 + Overtime + On Call

Fully Costed Van & Fuel card
PPE and Uniform supplied
20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
Permanent Fulltime and Parttime Positions
Monday – Friday 07:30am – 6pm + On Call Rota
Ongoing support, Training and progression opportunities

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, taps, toilets, sinks, showers, vented & unvented cylinders and appliances in accordance with safety standards and building codes.
Use hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and techniques to complete tasks accurately.
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and perform necessary repairs promptly.
Maintain a clean work environment by organising tools and disposing of waste responsibly.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations at all times and are completed to a high standard.
To complete an after job service report including pictures (Training available on our system)

Experience

Proven experience working as a plumber in commercial or residential settings.
NVQ Level 2 (Mandatory)
Unvented G3 (Preferred but not mandatory)
Water regulations (Preferred but not mandatory)
Mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems, including 2 & 3 port systems & controls. (further training can be provided for this)

Requirments

Valid Full UK driving licence
Clean criminal record as all applicants will be enhanced DBS checked

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Self-employed

Pay: £32,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
