Who We Are
Colgate-Palmolive Company is a global consumer products company operating in over 200 countries specializing in Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care, Skin Care, and Pet Nutrition. Our products are trusted in more households than any other brand in the world, making us a household name!
Join Colgate-Palmolive, a caring, innovative growth company reimagining a healthier future for people, their pets, and our planet. Guided by our core values—Caring, Inclusive, and Courageous—we foster a culture that inspires our people to achieve common goals. Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.
Are you a passionate educator with a flair for scientific storytelling? Do you thrive on building meaningful connections and shaping the next generation of dental professionals?
At Colgate-Palmolive, we are more than just a global leader in oral care; we are a science-first partner dedicated to a healthier future. We are looking for a Education Manager to be the face of our brand within the academic community. This is a high-impact, autonomous role where you will bridge the gap between classroom theory and clinical excellence, fostering lifelong brand advocacy from a student’s first day at university through to their professional career.
As our Education Manager, you will be the "Voice of the Student" and a critical scientific partner. Your mission is to drive trust and behavior adoption for Colgate’s Professional portfolio through world-class education.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnerships: Identify and nurture long-term collaborative relationships with key faculty and student stakeholders across 44 Dental Schools in the UK and Ireland.
Dynamic Education Delivery: Lead engaging, hands-on workshops and high-impact scientific presentations that bring our product innovations to life.
Community & Advocacy: Design networking events and community oral health initiatives that build authentic brand ambassadorship among dental students and young professionals.
Content Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to create "best-in-class" educational assets for our Professional Education Hub and social media channels.
Market Intelligence: Act as a local expert, providing insights on market dynamics and student needs to our Scientific Affairs and Marketing teams.
Operational Excellence: Manage the Advertising & Promotional (A&P) budget and leverage our digital ecosystem to track engagement and ROI.
You are a self-motivated leader who enjoys the "theatre" of public speaking and the strategy behind relationship management. You are as comfortable analyzing data as you are facilitating a room full of aspiring dentists.
Your Toolkit Includes:
Exceptional Communication: A natural ability to simplify complex scientific data into engaging, persuasive narratives.
Relationship Mastery: A proven track record in stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels.
Commercial Acumen: You understand the "why" behind the "what," ensuring every educational touchpoint drives value and measurable growth.
Autonomy: You love the freedom of a field-based role and have the organizational skills to manage a territory spanning the UK and Ireland.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using digital tools and LMS data to refine strategies and report on performance.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, inclusive team that values your unique perspective. We offer the opportunity to work with cutting-edge oral care science and a brand that is a household name worldwide. This role offers incredible visibility within the business and the chance to truly own the student engagement strategy for a global leader.
