Full job description

Redring Property Services is a well-established London property company specialising in extensions, refurbishments, loft conversions, and maintenance across residential and commercial properties.

We're looking for a part-time Content Creator / Videographer to join our team one day per week, capturing the work we do across our sites and turning it into engaging social media content.

What the role involves

Filming on live construction and refurbishment sites across London
Following our engineers on maintenance visits -- plumbers, electricians, decorators -- and capturing their work
Creating short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
Photography for social media, website, and marketing materials
Drone footage where applicable
Editing content into finished reels, clips, and posts
Spending time with our MD capturing behind-the-scenes and day-in-the-life content
Spotting content opportunities on the day and using your initiative

What we're looking for

Confident operating a proper camera -- this is non-negotiable
Strong video editing skills
A portfolio or examples of your work -- any subject, we just want to see what you can do
Warm, friendly, and adaptable -- you'll be working on sites, in people's homes, and with a range of people every week
Someone who uses their initiative and can spot a good shot without being told

What we offer

£100 per day
Travel covered on filming days
Flexible editing -- mix of remote and in-office
