About the role

Join the Income Tax Division as an Assessing Operational Manager and take the lead in motivating and supporting a team of Administrative Officers within Core Assessing. You'll coach and mentor colleagues, oversee performance and workflow, deliver training, and ensure customers receive a professional, high quality service while the team achieves key operational targets.
