About the role

Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and passionate about making a difference to patients, service users and staff?

Join Manx Care as Care, Quality & Safety Business Support Officer in the Quality, Safety & Compliance Team and play a key role in supporting safe, high-quality care across the organisation. You'll coordinate complaints, maintain essential records and tracking systems, support incident reviews and assist with claims, inquests, and compliance activities.

This is a varied role where you'll work with colleagues across Manx Care and external partners, helping ensure concerns are managed effectively and lessons are learned to improve services for patients and service users.
