We are a manufacturing company, our products are acoustic panels, modular rooms and musicians chairs, selling to architects, acoustic consultants, interior designers and end users

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive our business growth through exceptional customer engagement and strategic sales initiatives. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador, building strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions that deliver value. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help expand our market presence and foster long-term customer loyalty. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise within a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

Duties

Actively reach out to potential clients through B2B (business-to-business) sales strategies, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to close sales effectively while ensuring mutual benefit
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities using IT tools for efficient follow-up and record keeping
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements
Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks to optimize time management

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales or customer service roles with a focus on negotiation and relationship building
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly articulate product benefits
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel as needed for client meetings or industry events
Knowledge of IT systems relevant to sales processes such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts efficiently
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment
Demonstrated understanding of sales techniques, including negotiation strategies and closing skills
