Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for reliable and experienced Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers to join our busy distribution team. Day shift hours 0800 -1700hrs.

This is a physically demanding role involving continuous walking, lifting, order picking, loading, and stock handling throughout the shift. Applicants should be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and meeting productivity and accuracy targets.

Essential Requirements

Minimum 1 year of warehouse or order-picking experience
Good level of physical fitness and ability to lift and move stock safely throughout the shift
Experience using handheld scanners, picking sheets, or warehouse management systems
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
Right to work in the UK
Counterbalance or Reach Forklift Truck experience
Valid FLT licence/certification

Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick and pack customer orders
Use warehouse systems and handheld scanners to process orders
Load and unload deliveries safely
Replenish stock locations and carry out stock checks
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Follow all company health and safety procedures

Pay: £12.71-£13.02 per hour
