Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic Bar Staff to join our team. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining the bar area to high standards. Previous experience in a bar setting is advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Duties

Serve a wide range of beverages efficiently and responsibly to customers
Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments using the till system
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware and utensils
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Assist in restocking supplies and checking stock levels regularly
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience
Monitor guest behaviour to promote responsible drinking and address any issues promptly
Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements

Previous Bar experience & food safety is preferred but not essential for the right candidate as training will be given
Reliable with good time management.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
Ability to work efficiently and indipendantley under pressure during busy hours
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
A personable attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events as required

Pay: £12.71 per hour
