The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a talented Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in keeping our fast-paced production environment running smoothly.

Expected Working Pattern: 3-2-2 rotating Panama shift pattern

Average Working Hours: 84 hours per shift cycle

Normal daily start time: 06:00hrs

What You’ll Be Doing

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and quickly resolving breakdowns
Keeping our electrical systems safe, compliant, and running efficiently
Managing tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory
Maintaining high GMP standards across the workshop
Building in-depth knowledge of all site machinery and equipment
Collaborating with Operations and supporting HACCP requirements
Managing contractor permits and ensuring RAMS are followed
Championing Health & Safety and company standards
Identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities
Sourcing parts and liaising with suppliers to get the best value
Providing flexibility and support across shifts when needed

About You

You’ll bring:

A recognised Engineering qualification
Strong electrical skills and hands-on experience
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
A proactive, can-do attitude and flexible approach
Food Hygiene Level 1

Bonus points if you have:

18th Edition certification
HACCP Level 2
Food Hygiene Level 2
Lean manufacturing knowledge or experience
