Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and a memorable dining experience. This position is perfect for individuals with a passion for hospitality and a desire to work in a dynamic environment.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
Assist with seating arrangements, ensuring efficient table turnover while maintaining guest satisfaction.
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, communicating with the kitchen and bar staff as necessary.
Provide information about menu items, including specials and dietary options, while ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
Support catering events by setting up and breaking down dining areas, as well as serving food and beverages when required.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving to resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods, contributing to a positive team environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome individuals eager to learn.
Skills in catering or bartending are advantageous for this role.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is beneficial.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both guests and colleagues.
A proactive attitude towards helping others and providing outstanding service is essential.
