Working hours: 40 hours per week ((Monday - Friday, may include some evenings and weekends and on call)

We are looking for a kind, creative and motivated individual to lead our Crichton House Outreach Services. Within out contract we have

Cardiff Housing First - Providing 25 units of support, working with rough sleepers with highly complex needs
Cardiff 1st Response Outreach Service - Providing street based assertive outreach
Cardiff Reconnection Service - Providing creative housing solutions for those without local connection to the city
Cardiff Floating Support - Providing Floating support to 200+ families and single people in their homes, across the city.

We work aim to work in a psychologically informed and trauma informed framework, adults experiencing or at risk of homelessness in a number of settings across the city. We help individuals to gain or sustain accommodation and develop the life skills to live independently and successfully in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

To lead multiple teams supporting people rough sleeping and living in tenancies across the city
To enhance key local partnerships and deliver quality progress reporting to directly to commissioners, internal an external audiences.
To oversee the line management and professional development of 40+ staff across the services

The successful candidate(s) will be able to:

Provide management, leadership and inspiration to our team, playing a lead role in recruitment and development of staff.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of compliance and safeguarding with additional knowledge of homelessness legislation.
Exercise the principles of good financial stewardship
Hold the ability to work in sympathy with the spiritual principles of The Salvation Army
