Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills within a professional environment, contributing to a welcoming and high-quality service experience for clients. The position is self- employed and suitable for individuals eager to grow their expertise in the industry.

Duties

Providing exceptional customer service by engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner
Performing hair styling services according to client preferences and salon standards
Maintaining a clean and organised work station, adhering to health and safety regulations
Assisting clients with consultations to determine suitable styles and treatments
Managing appointment schedules efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations
Communicating effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Staying updated on the latest hair styling trends, techniques, and products

Requirements

3 years experience as a fully qualified Barber
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of current hair styling trends and techniques
Ability to work well as part of a team whilst maintaining professionalism
Organised, reliable, and attentive to detail
A friendly demeanour with a genuine interest in helping clients look and feel their best
