Aftersales General Manager
Western Nissan, Newbridge*
Salary DOE. OTE up to £90,000. Company Car.

*This role includes multi-site responsibility; therefore, travelling between sites will be required and the successful candidate may be based from any of our Nissan locations (Newbridge, Straiton, Dunfermline, Stirling or Dundee)

Role Overview

Profit & Financial Management: Monitor and review financial performance, including operating controls, KPIs, and debtors, taking corrective actions to maximise profit margins and meet budget targets.

Cost Management: Minimise costs related to courtesy cars, parts stock turn ratios, and interest charges while ensuring cost-effective operations.

Customer Satisfaction & Retention: Enhance after-sales customer satisfaction and retention through process improvements, colleague training, and prompt resolution of customer complaints.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate after-sales teams, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and company policies, and manage training requirements in compliance with operational needs and regulations.

Compliance & Performance: Ensure compliance with consumer laws, insurance regulations, and other relevant legislation while maintaining regular communication with manufacturer representatives regarding performance and objectives.
