Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially focused Finance Adviser to support the financial growth and strategic development of XZONE MEDIA LTD. The role involves analysing financial performance, preparing financial forecasts, advising management on commercial opportunities, and supporting the company’s investor engagement and business funding initiatives.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to improve financial performance, strengthen cashflow management, support revenue growth strategies, and assist in identifying and securing potential investment opportunities to support business expansion.
The role requires strong financial analysis capability, commercial awareness, strategic planning skills, and the ability to provide professional financial insight to support executive decision-making across the company’s media and entertainment operations
Responsibilities;
Financial Analysis & Advisory
- Analyse financial data, revenue performance, and operational trends to support business growth and strategic planning.
- Prepare financial forecasts, budgeting reports, cashflow projections, and profitability analysis for management review.
- Provide financial advisory support to management regarding commercial performance, revenue generation, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct financial risk assessments and identify opportunities for cost optimisation and improved financial sustainability.
- Monitor business financial performance indicators and provide strategic recommendations for growth and expansion.
Investment & Business Growth Support
- Support the company in identifying and engaging potential investors, strategic partners, and funding opportunities.
- Prepare financial presentations, reports, and investment materials for meetings with investors and stakeholders.
- Conduct commercial analysis relating to investment opportunities, expansion projects, and new business ventures.
- Assist management in evaluating the financial viability of new projects, partnerships, and commercial initiatives.
- Support the development of long-term financial strategies aligned with the company’s expansion goals.
Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate financial analysis records, forecasts, reports, and commercial documentation.
- Liaise with external accountants, consultants, financial institutions, and professional advisers where required.
- Support compliance with financial reporting obligations, internal financial controls, and relevant business regulations.
- Contribute to management reporting and business planning processes through detailed financial insight and analysis.
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with operational, marketing, and management teams to assess the financial impact of business activities and campaigns.
- Present financial insights and performance reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Support strategic business meetings through the provision of financial analysis, forecasting, and investment advice.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Previous experience in financial analysis, financial advisory, commercial finance, investment support, or strategic financial planning.
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cashflow analysis.
Ability to analyse complex financial information and provide strategic recommendations to management.
Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial reporting systems, and other relevant financial software tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Knowledge of UK business finance practices and commercial operations is desirable.
Pay: £24,420.00-£34,200.00 per year
