Job Summary:

Join Our Team as a Customer Service Advisor!

We are looking for a competent Customer Service Advisor to provide excellent service to our clients. Through professional and efficient administration tasks you will navigate a customers account to provide them with a first class experience, ensuring the best outcome is achieved for the customer and the business. By working as a team and utilising other departments knowledge you'll build on your own personal development understanding the customers needs.

Shift Patterns include, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm and 10am-6pm which will rotate throughout the week.

Key Requirements:

Have experience of working in a customer focused environment either over the phone or face to face.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Work to deadlines and can multitask.
Able to work under pressure and go the extra mile
Must be able to build rapport with customers on the telephone.
Have a great telephone manner

Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

Answering inbound calls from existing customers
Ensure all customer records are kept up to date with the latest information regarding the customers account
Respond to customers emails effectively and efficiently
Liaise with other departments across the business
Regularly update customers with new information relating to their account
Communicate with customers via telephone, email and letter
Maintain customer files in line with Company policy
In the absence of the Customer Service Manager liaise with external agencies, I.E Trading standards, Alternative Dispute Resolution services and the Furniture & Home improvement ombudsman
Assist with administration duties
Monitor and record customer complaints
Action requests given by the Customer Service Manager
Any other duties as deemed necessary

Position: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Droitwich

Job Type: Full-time

Hours of work: 35h/week - Monday to Friday rotating shifts 8:00am - 4:00pm, 9:00am-5:00pm and 10:00am - 6:00pm with 1h unpaid lunch break. Possibly 1 Saturday a month 9am-2pm paid as overtime

Salary: £24,508.00
