Michelle Lawley is an award-winning luxury salon destination in the heart of beautiful Tettenhall Village, Wolverhampton, and due to continued growth we are looking for an exceptional Senior Stylist, Style Director, or Art Director–level Hair Stylist to join our thriving team.

We are a large, exceptionally busy hair, nail, and beauty salon known for delivering a true 5-star luxury experience.

Our reputation for excellence, beautiful results, and exceptional customer care makes us one of the leading salons in the area.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a confident and highly skilled stylist with:

5+ years’ salon experience post-qualification
Exceptional cutting, colouring, and finishing skills
Excellent consultation and client retention ability
A genuine passion for luxury hairdressing
Outstanding customer service
A polished and professional presence
Strong retail confidence and product knowledge
A team-focused and positive attitude

This role would particularly suit a stylist who is ready for:
