Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. This vital role involves managing patient appointments and providing excellent customer service to ensure a smooth clinic operation. The Receptionist will play a key part in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients.

Responsibilities

Greeting patients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Manage appointment scheduling and patient records efficiently.
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Support billing and payment processes as needed.
Uphold confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
