THE VENUE: The Spanish Butcher Glasgow

Delivering an authentic Spanish dining experience in the heart of Glasgow's Merchant City. With a focus on Galician beef, Iberican pork, and exquisite seafood, menus showcase the freshest Spanish flavours and ingredients combined with a Midtown Manhattan design.

THE ROLE: Assistant General Manager

Looking for staff who are dynamic, talented, enthusiastic and would love to serve our awesome customers. We are looking for a smart, hardworking, fun and determined team member to go the extra mile and to make each of our customers experiences a great one and one to remember.

EXPERIENCE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Restaurant Manager

Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a managerial role within a high-calibre restaurant environment

Bright and bold personality that understands how to manage people

Outstanding knowledge of food and drink, with an appreciation for high quality produce

Experienced in leading a high-volume dinner service within a high-calibre restaurant

Willingness to learn and teach
