Trainee Recruitment Administrator/Resourcer (temp with potential to perm)

We are a specialist recruitment business supporting clients across the Oil & Gas, Energy and Engineering sectors worldwide. Our team works with some of the industry’s leading operators and contractors companies, helping them find the skilled personnel they need to deliver critical projects and operations.

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Trainee Recruitment Administrator/Resourcer to join our team in Dyce.

What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are the same. You’ll be involved in:

Maintaining candidate records and ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Contacting candidates for work status/availability and sharing this information with the recruitment team.
Searching for and identifying candidates for exciting opportunities across the energy sector.
Building relationships with candidates via phone, email, LinkedIn and social media.
Writing and posting job adverts across multiple recruitment platforms.
Requesting candidate CV and certificates and processing CV for formatting.
Assisting with candidate onboarding, compliance checks and mobilisation activities.
Assisting with Client inductions and paperwork for various Operators.
Learning how to use recruitment databases, LinkedIn Recruiter and industry-specific systems.
Supporting social media activity.
Building talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
Working closely with the Recruitment Manager and wider team to deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.
Supporting recruitment campaigns and helping attract top talent.

You don’t need recruitment experience, but you do need:

✔ Confidence communicating with people at all levels
✔ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔ A proactive approach and ability to use your own initiative
✔ Good IT skills and confidence using social media platforms
✔ The ability to work in a busy, fast-moving environment
✔ Determination, resilience and a strong work ethic
