Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Marketing Assistant to support the delivery of a range of high-profile events and marketing activities. This role will provide hands-on support across key accounts and projects, while also assisting with a variety of broader marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of events for clients.
Assist with the development of marketing materials and client presentations.
Coordinate the production and ordering of event collateral, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
Liaise with external suppliers and partners to manage production schedules and project requirements.
Provide administrative and operational support for event and marketing campaigns.
Help maintain project timelines, budgets, and status updates across multiple workstreams.
Support the wider marketing team with ad hoc marketing and communications activities as required.

Skills

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience coordinating events, marketing campaigns, or project-based activities.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and external suppliers.
