Job Description:

We are looking for a Skilled Baker to join our team @ Cakes +Co.

The successful candidate must have at least 2 years of recent professional baking /pastry/bread experience at a high level of production to join the Cakes + Co team.

You must also have the ability to work independently with attention to detail specifically in following recipes and good maths skills

We are looking for a professional baker with consistency in there performance and a career background working with fresh ingredients .

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of goods, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following food safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient food production and service.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Provide support in food preparation and cooking tasks, leveraging culinary experience to enhance menu offerings.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Baking preparation and techniques
Strong culinary skills with a focus on baking
Knowledge of food safety standards and practices
Previous kitchen or restaurant experience
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with larger scale food production process
