AK Distillery is an award-winning craft distillery based in Stalybridge, Greater Manchester. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a reliable, friendly and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Weekend Brand Ambassador.

This is a permanent position with regular weekend work throughout the year, representing our award-winning products at artisan markets, food and drink markets, Christmas markets, community events and trade shows across Greater Manchester and the North West.

If you enjoy meeting people, working independently and being part of a growing business, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Representing AK Distillery at markets and events
Welcoming and engaging with customers
Talking about our products and brand
Processing card payments
Maintaining a professional and friendly customer experience
Keeping displays tidy and presentable
Helping maximise sales through excellent customer service

Essential Requirements

Full UK Driving Licence
Own reliable vehicle
Aged 18 or over
Available most weekends and Bank Holiday Mondays
Excellent communication skills
Reliable, punctual and professional
Right to work in the UK

The Ideal Candidate

You may have experience in:

Retail
Hospitality
Customer Service
Markets
Promotions
Events
Sales

However, attitude is more important than experience. We are looking for someone who is confident speaking to people, enjoys working with customers and wants to become part of a growing business.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business. As AK Distillery expands, there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, increase earnings and progress into more senior event and brand roles.
