Project Manager / Estimator
Location: Guildford, Surrey
Salary: Starting from £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Signseen has been delivering high-quality signage solutions across London and the South of England for over 25 years. From vehicle graphics and shopfront signage to large-scale developments, displays and bespoke projects, we design, manufacture and install a wide range of signage while providing exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the process.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an organised and proactive Project Manager / Estimator to join our team in Guildford.

The Role

This is primarily an office-based role in Guildford; however, travel to client sites will be required for meetings, site surveys and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare quotations and estimates for signage projects
Manage projects from enquiry through to installation and completion
Liaise with clients, suppliers, production teams and installation teams
Attend client meetings and site visits as required
Coordinate project schedules and ensure deadlines are met
Prepare and check artwork for production where required
Provide regular updates and maintain excellent client relationships
Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget
Support the smooth running of multiple projects simultaneously

What We're Looking For

Previous experience within the signage or print industry is essential
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Illustrator) is essential
Experience preparing estimates and quotations is desirable
Strong organisational and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Full UK driving licence is required
Positive attitude and a proactive approach to work
