Full job description

We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join our hotel events and conferences desk team. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for conference and event clients, handling the full process from beginning to end, including initial enquiries, bookings, event coordination, on-the-day client support, invoicing and final billing.

Responsibilities

Greet delegates and event guests warmly on arrival and assist them throughout the day
Handle conference and event clients from initial enquiry through to final billing
Manage event bookings, amendments and cancellations efficiently
Provide information about hotel facilities, meeting spaces and event packages
Handle enquiries by phone, email and in person in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain accurate booking, guest and billing records
Prepare invoices, process billing and support event administration
Coordinate with the Food & Beverage team and other departments to ensure smooth event delivery
Act as the main client contact on the day of the event to ensure everything runs smoothly
Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate issues where required

Experience

Previous hotel or hospitality experience within the Radisson Group is essential
Experience using EMMA and/or OPERA is essential
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail required
Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional manner

Pay: £15.00 per hour
