Full job description

Are you passionate about pets and their nutrition? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We have an exciting opportunity to join our team at The Pet Food Store as a full-time Pet Food Advisor!

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the delivery process which includes unloading, counting, and stocking inventory
Replenishing shelves and shop floor freezers with various pet food products.
Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Providing customers with expert advice on raw feeding diets for their pets.
Maintaining store cleanliness and ensuring a safe shopping environment for customers.

What we are looking for:

An enthusiastic individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service.
Physical fitness to handle the manual aspects of the job such as unloading deliveries and stocking shelves.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a small team.
An interest in pet nutrition.

Working hours:

The position is full-time, working 40 hours per week from Monday to Saturday, with a scheduled day off. Shifts will be varied between the hours of 0830-1730.

You will be expected to work most Saturdays.
