Full job description

Tanning Salon Manager

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and customer-focused Salon Manager to lead our busy tanning salon team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fun fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while driving salon performance.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming salon environment
Manage daily salon operations to ensure smooth and efficient running
Handle cash management, till reconciliation and banking procedures accurately
Create and manage weekly staff rota's to meet business needs
Train, support and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service and sales
Monitor and drive salon KPI performance including sales targets, memberships and retail goals
Lead by example in promoting products, services and upselling opportunities
Ensure salon cleanliness, hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained at all times
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

Previous management or supervisory experience in retail, beauty, tanning or hospitality
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Confident handling cash and managing daily financial procedures
Target-driven with a proactive approach to achieving KPIs
Organised, reliable and able to multitask in a busy salon environment
Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends
Available to work approximately 28+ hours per week
