Overview
We are seeking a talented and personable individual to join our team as a <PERSON>. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic environment, providing excellent customer service and contributing to the overall client experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hair styling, and experience in barbering. This position is suitable for someone who is organised, professional, and eager to learn and grow within the industry.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming clients and understanding their styling needs
Perform hair styling and barbering services with precision and attention to detail
Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety standards
Consult with clients to recommend suitable styles and treatments, ensuring satisfaction
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and barbering

Qualifications

Proven experience in hair styling and barbering is preferred
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining high standards of quality
Organised with good time management skills to handle multiple appointments effectively
A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to continuously improve skills
Previous experience working in a salon or barbershop environment is advantageous
