Our company offers Internal & External Cleaning Services including carpet, leather, fabric, and rug cleaning, as well as external services like gutter cleaning, pressure washing, sealing, and restoration and roof cleaning. We are dedicated to providing bespoke services tailored to each customer’s needs and strive for excellence in every job.

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Telesales Agents to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will actively engage with potential clients over the phone to promote our cleaning services, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will be key in explaining our offerings clearly and confidently, ensuring a positive experience for every caller.

Responsibilities

Reach out to new & existing customers via outbound calls to introduce our cleaning services and generate new business opportunities
Effectively communicate the benefits of our bespoke cleaning solutions in a lively and engaging manner
Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and providing tailored service recommendations
Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities
Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for increasing outreach effectiveness
Maintain a professional attitude while handling objections and questions with clarity and confidence

Experience

Proven experience in telesales roles preferred but not essential as training provided.
Ability to use a computer system.
Strong communication skills in English
Demonstrated ability to engage customers actively and persuasively over the phone
Previous experience in sales or customer service roles that require clear articulation of service benefits also advantageous.

Monday to Friday

9.15am - 11.30am

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £127.10 per week

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
