Motor Mechanic (Time‑Served & Fully Qualified)

McCausland Airport Parking – Belfast International Airport

RATE OF PAY - £17.10 p/h - NO WEEKENDS

McCausland Airport Parking is looking for a time‑served, fully qualified Motor Mechanic to join our team close to Belfast International Airport.

This is a hands‑on role working with our in‑house fleet and customer vehicles, keeping vehicles safe, reliable, and ready to support our day‑to‑day business operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Servicing and repairing a range of vehicles including vans, jeeps, taxis and minibuses
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
Carrying out routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Preparing vehicles for MOT/PSV and compliance checks
Keeping clear and accurate service records
Working closely with the operations team to reduce vehicle downtime
Following health & safety procedures at all times

✅ What We’re Looking For

Time‑served Motor Mechanic (completed apprenticeship)
Fully qualified (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent)
Proven experience in vehicle servicing and repairs
Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
Full UK driving licence
Reliable, tidy, and safety‑focused approach to work

⭐ Nice to Have (But Not Essential)

Fleet or commercial vehicle experience
Minibus / PSV / HGV experience
Extensive VAG experience
Experience working in a fast‑paced or regulated environment
