Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packer/Production Operative to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient handling of materials, accurate packing, and maintaining high standards of quality control. Applicants should be prepared for physical tasks including heavy lifting and load/unload activities, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Hours

Hours will be Monday - Thursday 6.30am - 3.30pm.

Duties

Handle materials efficiently, ensuring correct picking, packing, and stock organisation in line with production schedules
Ensuring a clean work environment
Support the team in meeting production targets through effective packing procedures

Experience

Previous experience is in a food setting is desirable
Experience working in fast-paced environments where safety and accuracy are paramount

This role provides an engaging opportunity for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills within a supportive food manufacturing setting.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
