Full job description

What are we looking for?

You will have a high level of attention to detail to ensure that all advice and support given to individual schools is correct.
You will enjoy problem solving and be happy to concentrate for extended periods of time to complete tasks.
You will need to be able to organise your own workload and respond to clients / problems where there are no set procedures to follow.
You will need to be happy to travel around the County (for up to 1.5 hours each way) and sit for longer periods of time at a computer.
You will need to be able to exercise tact and sensitivity when responding to queries or working with situations which may relate to sensitive circumstances.
You will need to be able to deal sensitively with clients who may be upset, angry or confused.
You will have good overall technical skills in the use of Microsoft Office and working with major computerised financial systems used for operating a relevant financial service.
