Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing targeted email campaigns to engage our customers, optimise marketing strategies through data analysis, and collaborate across departments to enhance overall brand visibility. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong management, communication, and organisational skills to contribute to our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns tailored to our audience using Klaviyo.
Develop compelling copy and creative content that aligns with brand standards, utilising skills in copywriting and graphic design when necessary.
Analyse campaign performance metrics.
Coordinate with the management team to plan marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Manage project timelines effectively, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and related content.
Optimise email content for SEO to increase open rates and engagement.
Maintain accurate records of campaign data using.
Oversee social media management related to email campaigns, enhancing cross-channel marketing efforts.

Skills

Proven experience in email marketing.
Strong management and organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Klaviyo email marketing software.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Analytical mindset with strong analysis skills to interpret data effectively.
Ability to write persuasive copy tailored for our customers.
Good IT knowledge with the ability to adapt quickly to new platforms or tools.
Strong time management skills ensuring deadlines are consistently met.

Other Information

Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00
20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
Salary starting from £25,000 depending on experience
The successful candidate would be a full time member of the team we are not looking for free lancers

This role is ideal for a proactive professional eager to develop their career within a vibrant marketing environment while contributing significantly to our company's success through innovative email campaigns and strategic planning.
