Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing professional to join our wellness studio. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging social media strategies to enhance our brand presence across various platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your expertise in public relations and social media management to connect with our target audience effectively and elevate our online visibility.

Duties

Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Create compelling content including text, images, videos, and infographics that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
Manage daily social media activities, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and responding to comments or messages promptly.
Analyse social media metrics to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly for optimal engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency of messaging across all channels.
Build and maintain positive relationships with online communities, clients influencers.
Monitor industry trends and emerging social media tools to keep the organisation at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
Handle public relations activities related to social media, including managing reputation and crisis communication when necessary.
Update booking system and studio website.

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms' algorithms and best practices.
Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to create engaging visual content or work closely with designers/creators.
Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or similar platforms.
Experience in public relations is desirable but not essential; a proactive approach to community engagement is vital.
Organised, creative, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual passionate about leveraging social media channels to build brand awareness and foster community engagement within a vibrant organisation.

Our wellness studio is due to open August 2026 which will offer holistic treatments, massage, yoga classes and Pilates classes.

The candidate will be based at the studio to get real time content and assist with other duties.

Pay: From £12.00 per hour
