Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Invoicing Administrator Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong office experience and proficient computer skills to contribute to a professional and dynamic environment. The Invoicing Administrator Clerk will play a key part in managing correspondence, data entry, scheduling, and maintaining organisational systems to support our business objectives.

Responsibilities

Manage / Support invoicing, billing, and other financial administrative tasks
Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately
Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as required
Ensure the office environment remains tidy and well-organised at all times
Provide general clerical support including photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
Maintain effective communication across departments to facilitate workflow efficiency

Experience

Previous office or administrative experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Experience with data entry and record management systems
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good verbal communication skills demonstrating professional phone etiquette
Familiarity with basic clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and email correspondence
