Full job description

DFP Services are hiring for a Contract Administrator

The Role As a Contracts Administrator, you will provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our contracts and service agreements. Working closely with clients, engineers, and internal teams, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing documentation, and helping to deliver a first-class service to our customers.

The Responsibilities
As our Contracts Administrator, you’ll be responsible for:

· Maintain accurate records of contracts, renewals, and service agreements.

· Prepare and issue contract-related documentation, including quotations, renewals, and variations.

· Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and client requirements.

· Assist with scheduling and coordinating contract works in line with SLAs and KPIs.

· Support the helpdesk and operations teams with contract-specific queries.

· Monitor and update customer portals with relevant contract information.

· Produce reports on contract performance and support audits when required.

· Liaise with clients, suppliers, and engineers to resolve queries efficiently.

· Provide general administrative support to the contracts and operations teams.

The Essential Criteria

· Previous experience in administration (1–2 years minimum).

· Strong IT and data management skills.

· Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.

· Confident dealing with customers and suppliers over the phone and by email.

The Hours

· Working hours are 8am-16.30pm Monday - Friday.

· Office based role with site visits required where applicable.

· 30 Days holiday including bank holiday
