Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist/Therapist to join our friendly dynamic dental team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in promoting oral health and providing exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess patients' oral health.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Take and develop radiographs (X-rays) as needed for diagnostic purposes.
Assist in the diagnosis of dental conditions by evaluating medical histories and performing assessments.
Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatments and progress.
Collaborate with dentists to develop appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.

Experience

A recognised qualification in Dental Hygiene/Therapy is required.
Previous experience in a dental practice is preferred but not essential for newly qualified hygienists/therapists
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends.
